Art and regeneration in Haverfordwest

PLANED

As part of the The Confluence partnership, PLANED will provide:

  • Financial management and administration of Arts Council Wales grant monies
  • Liaison with Arts Council Wales including completion and submission of progress reports
  • Recruitment and hosting of Project Assistant (advertisement of job role, supporting shortlisting of applicants, supporting interview process, supporting selection process, line management)
  • Capacity for lead organisation for further funding applications
  • Up-to-date policies and procedures for use by Confluence partnership
  • Financial, social and environmental accountability
  • Audit and information processing systems
  • Meeting space, extra staff time when needed, equipment (laptops, computers, stationary, projectors, screens etc)
  • Access to Welsh translation service
  • Strategic and community contacts
  • Wider community engagement expertise and toolkit
  • Place based development
  • Action Planning toolkit
  • Sustainable, equitable and inclusive practise
  • Links to wider LEADER programme- PLANED as administrative body to Pembrokeshire Local Action Group
  • PLANED sit on and contribute to the Local Service Board/Single Integrated Plan (Environment and Economy)
  • Place based leadership
  • Support for set up of new social enterprise

Our vision is that in ten years’ time the ancient port of Haverfordwest will have been re-imagined as a vibrant and distinctive market town, reconnected with its river, in full flow and charged by the creativity of its people.
